We seek a man who believes the Bible is the true and inerrant Word of God and is enthusiastic about proclaiming and sharing its message.

Biblical qualifications for this role are found in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:1–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–4.

He should bring energy and conviction to teaching Scripture while exemplifying godly character, compassion, and brotherly love.

Pathway Baptist Church, Dothan, Alabama, is prayerfully seeking a Minister of Music. We are a small church that enjoys a variety of theologically sound music styles. The church is in a great location, ready for growth, both spiritually and numerically. We desire the position to be full-time, but are open to part-time, bi-vocational, or a student intern. If the position is full-time, it would be desirable to include help with the youth ministry. 

Principle functions include planning, coordinating, and conducting a comprehensive church music program. Assist the pastor in the planning of worship services, direct the planning of an adult choir, ensembles, solos, and instrumental musicians. Coordinate the church music ministry with the church calendar, and coordinate the operations of the sound system.
